In general the orders confirmed by customer can not be reversed and the customer has no right for refund,
unless the items can not be shipped or required by law.
To order services customer should have advance agreement and confirmation from service provider to purchase such service in agreed quantity.
To order software licenses customer should accept the license terms of the software set by copyright holder and if necessary sign the agreement with copyright holder.
The software license fees are non refundable.

We take Your privacy seriously and will take all measures
to protect Your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order.
We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone unless required by law to regulator.
Your account information is deleted when 7 years has been passed from Your last order or on request.
Order information is deleted when 7 years has been passed from order.
Your information in bookkeeping documents is preserved as required by law.
